Spencer is a former high school English teacher who enjoys sharing his love of Chicago with visitors and locals alike. He grew up marveling at the buildings that his father, a commercial real estate broker, would show him on their adventures around the Loop. He later developed his own unique appreciation for Chicago when he began exploring the city with his friends, always in search of the perfect skate spot or hip-hop show!
Spencer likes to keep his finger on the pulse of the city he calls home, and is always happy to help with recommendations for dinner and entertainment. Spencer is a guide on our “The World Within (I): Dazzling Interiors of the Loop” tour, and brings a fun and engaging energy to every group he leads.
When he’s not leading tours, Spencer can be found hanging with his wife and wiener dog or riding his bike around this wonderful city!
